After looking for a motorhome on the internet, I found Hoyles through a search engine. They had very informative adverts with very good photos. Hoyles had several motorhomes that interested me. I sent a message and Nick contacted me quickly and answered all my questions. He was very supportive and kept us updated with regards to viewing them. When we arrived, we felt valued customers, we were given time to look into the motorhomes and offered a test drive. There was no pressure to purchase. We did purchase and the process was very smooth. GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING FROM HOYLES

We purchased an A Class motor home from Hoyles last summer and was absolutely delighted with the service, price, efficiency and courtesy of the staff. They kept us well informed and delivered it on time. We recently took the van in for a few small “niggling” warranty issues and again the service was excellent, all work done and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these guys. A good old traditional garage, will definitely use again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

This is the go to company if you are looking for a campervan. A small family business with friendly, honest staff. We have brought a VW campervan and dealt with Tim, Nick and Rob and all have been amazing. No pressure sales from the very knowledgeable Tim, and Nick was very patient showing us how things work when we collected it. Called them a few times with questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. Only trouble we had was after six weeks of use, an ABS sensor went. Called them and Rob fixed it within 24 hours, no charge and again told to call them with any problems. Genuinely a brilliant company and I would not go anywhere else. They can be busy at times, but that's testament to the pride they take in the business. Thank you very much!

EXCELLENT SALES & AFTER SALES SERVICE!

We bought a VW T5.1 Leisuredrive in March 2023. Friendly, no-pressure sales. Time was taken fully understand our requirements and advice and recommendations given by Nick and Tim. On a bank holiday Sunday afternoon, we had an issue with the fridge whilst we were away and on the off chance we tried Tim’s mobile. We fully expected him not to answer, but he did. He tried to help but when he couldn’t, he had his engineer ring us, which he did, within the hour. The engineer helped us temporarily sort the issue and arranged for us to take the van in for a permanent fix when we returned from holiday. Fully recommend Hoyles for their excellent sales and after sales service. 5*
